💰Great Treasures 💸Oh No

💰Great Treasures 💸Oh No

Psalms 132:7 (KJV) We will go into his tabernacles: we will worship at his footstool.

First we read about “all riches of the full assurance of understanding” in verse two. Then in verse three we read. Colossians 2:3 (KJV) In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Riches lead to treasures. I’m afraid too many are looking for riches in the wrong places. We hear a constant diet of retirement plans of having enough money to support us for the rest of our lives. So we work hard and store up much to enjoy life when we retire. One day when you have the time, talk with someone who is retired. Ask them some simple questions. Like what do you have planned for this week? You will more than likely hear something like this “I have a doctor’s appointment on Wednesday at 2:00. What am I saying, read your bible and you will find the real treasures. There are riches in full assurance of understanding. If someone were to ask you this question “do you know where you will go when you die?” You might say “Heaven” great answer. What if they then asked this question “how do you know?” Is there “full assurance of understanding”? Many know how much is in their bank account, how the stock market is doing but know little about where they say they are going at death. Our treasures are all around us: our wives and husbands, our children and grandchildren, our grandparents and so on. I’m simply saying we all should have great treasures in our family. Where is our real treasure? It is where our heart is! Matthew 6:21 (KJV) For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
