Proverbs
13:3 He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his
life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
Watch what
you say, think before you talk.
Proverbs 25:11 A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures
of silver.
I am interested
in that word "AMBASSADOR."
It meaning is ➡ a diplomatic agent of the highest rank accredited to a
foreign government or sovereign as the resident representative of his or her
own government or sovereign or appointed for a special and often temporary
diplomatic assignment.⬅ Hello, is that not the
child of God? Are we not a resident and representative appointed for a special
assignment; telling those around us and the ones we come in contract with about
our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and His ability to save sinners! Is that not
good news from a far country?
Proverbs 13:17 A wicked messenger falleth
into mischief: but a faithful ambassador is health.
Here we see
a wicked messenger falling into an action that annoys or irritates. But then there is that Christian who
speaks of the land of which he or she are representing; heaven and of the
government there; one ruler Jesus. This ambassador speaks highly of this land
in which he or she will soon be leaving for. We have the choice of what we
speak. We can have words that are fitly spoken for mischief or fitly spoken of
heaven and the ruling king Jesus. It's
our choice?
