🤗Just you wait, there's more than our little tin cup minds can handle. 👏

Are we satisfied in our Heavenly Father or do we hunger for something more?

Remember the storm in our last text? Storms come and go in our lives

The perspectives in this storm were different. What is a perspective? A glass through which objects are viewed.

  • The Disciples perspective in the storm was their safety.
  • Jesus Perspective was that His Disciples see Him.
  • Psalms 119:160 (KJV) Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.
  • Psalms 119:140 (KJV) Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it.
  • John 17:3 (KJV) And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.\

What a night, what and adventure, and when it was all over they said this one to another

  • Mark 4:41 (KJV) And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

He’s the God that is in Heaven that we can come to and call Him Father. We can ask for our needs and we can ask our Father which is in Heaven to forgive us our sins. We can ask Him to help us not to fall into sin. When these evil temptations come we can ask our Heavenly Father to deliver us that we fall not. What gives us the right to do so? It’s the amazing word Father. It’s not just any Father it’s OUR Father which means we are in His family! Sons and Daughters. Oh but there’s more.

Our Father has a Kingdom, our Father has Power. Power to split the seas and dry up the water, to stop the waves and the wind which amazed those who were there. His power had fish jump into the boat, demons dive into pigs, those who could not walk become dancers, cadavers become a breathing and living person again. Who has the power to do that? Our Father! He is our Father, Why wouldn’t we give Him Glory?

Webster says GLORY is “brightness, splendor. To boast; to be proud of. ” His great brightness of the sun as it walks across his sky every day.  The splendor of the nighty show as the sun dims and the moon gives off its dim light.  The stars begin to shine in the sky and the nightly show is seen as we look up at our Fathers beauty.  Oh what splendor, yes but one doesn’t have to look up, just look around and see the handy work. The trees, the flowers, the water of the oceans and much, much more. Being in the family I can say look and see what my Father that is in Heaven has made for us. Can you imagine what Heaven is going to be like! We that are in the Family don’t really know all that Our Heavenly Father has made for His children. There are some things that we do know.

  • We won’t be going to visit in the hospital because there’s no hospitals there; no need for them.
  • We never have to go to a funeral because there’s no death.
  • Never have to go get our prescriptions filled, because there’s no sickness there.
  • No need for schools. I don’t know if someone were to call us a know it all, if that would be true but we will know more than we know now; no matter how much education you have.
  • Why wouldn’t we give Him Glory.

Just you wait, there's more than our little tin cup minds can handle.
