🤩Wow, You Got Your Feels Hurt.😭

I have been hurt, lied too and who knows what. I can do one of two things. Remember it forever or forgive. One brings peace the other carries life time hurt.

What did your earthly father do when you did wrong? He might have been disappointed but he was still your father and you were still in the family. Do you think God’s family is weaker? Oh no, it’s stronger and you are still in the family. Father I apologize please forgive me,  I’m so sorry for my action please forgive me. God, our Heavenly Father will forgive, now the one you spoke so harsh to may not but you did what was right.

  • Luke 15:18 (KJV) I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
  • Matthew 6:12 (KJV) And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

Pull your paper out and write it down for it is too important to forget. Oh you got it written down in your mind and heart? Great that way you won’t ever forget.

  • My parents, yes my parents should have been more protective,
  • My wife should have been more loving and kind,
  • my children should have been more appreciative for all I did for them.
  • I have a friend who never forgets a hurt.

I mean those are big debts someone must pay for them. I did my part and now it’s time for them to pay!  The issue is not the payment or pain, it's what are we going to do about the pain?  We all have been done wrong. I was almost a 1000 miles away when a group of men decided it was a good time to destroy my character. When I found out what they were doing I was very upset. I was upset because of what they were doing. Yet how could anyone believe it? They did, and I had no way of defending myself a 1000 miles away from the battlefield. What is the remedy? An eye for an eye sounds good. Wait a minute.  What would you say if the doctor said “well I see you have permanently lost sight in this left eye. I know how we can fix this problem. I’m going to take your right eye out. I think this will be the best solution, don’t you?”

  • Job 18:4 (KJV) He teareth himself in his anger

(why rip yourself apart in anger) You have been done wrong, the car accident my wife and I were in wasn’t our fault we were hit head on. A trip to the ER which consisted of less than 5 miles cost $2000 dollars: My wife was hurt more than I was. The bills ran up fast. I was grateful we weren’t hurt that bad but none the less we were hurting. Then we found out that the other driver didn’t have insurance. No, we were not on TV with a big check in hand and yes I was upset. How could this be? Today we still suffer the pain of the accident but not the pain for the person who caused the accident. No, I'm glad we have gotten to celebrate more birthdays and some more Christmas days with our family. We have got to enjoy seeing the beach a few more times. We have got to spend a lot more time with each other and we never say anything about the person who caused us such pain. How can we not complain? Because it won’t fix the pain. Oh I missed something, we have got to spend more Thanksgiving days together also.

  • Psalms 32:1 (KJV) Blessed (Happy) is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin  (wrongs) is covered.

The lesson here could it be on selfishness? Lord do for me but I can’t do it for others.

  • Matthew 6:12 (KJV) And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

The Lord brings us into His classroom and teaches us a valuable lesson. The lesson is don’t forget what I have done for you. Your sin debt was enormous or have you forgotten? Is this the way you want me to treat you? Surely not.

Ephesians 4:32 (KJV) And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

Read what Jesus said to those who spit on Him, beat Him, made light of Him, spoke harsh words toward Him, refused to hear what He had to say

Luke 23:34 (KJV) Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.

Wow, and you got your feelings hurt.
