The word consider means; To fix the mind
on, with a view to a careful examination; to think on with care; to ponder; to
study; to meditate on.
Have you ever fixed your mind on and
viewed with careful examination what is given to us in one 24 hour period? The
greatest commodity you and I have at our fingertips is time. Everyone has the
same amount of time to use or waste today. The happiness in our life depends on
how we use our time.
Take time to THINK-it is the source of
power.
Take time to PLAY-it is the secret of
perpetual youth.
Take time to be FRIENDLY-it is the
road to happiness.
Take time to LOVE-it is a God-given
privilege.
Take time to READ-it is a fountain of
wisdom.
Take time to PRAY-it is the greatest
power on earth.
Take time to LAUGH-it is the music of
the soul.
Take time to GIVE-it is too short a
day to be selfish.
Take time to WORK-it is the price of
success. In Ecclesiastes chapter 3 and verse 1 Solomon, the wisest man to have
ever lived said " To everything there is a season,
and a time to every purpose under the heaven:" Then he begins to
name them. I noticed that he never said anything about a time to waste! We must
make our time today count.
